Arcigay Napoli Antinoo is an NGO aimed at socially promoting the right of LGBT people. It works in the following fields: protection of civil rights, prevention of the marginalization, promotion of a culture of differences. It is engaged in promoting the rights of LGBT people helping in increasing in the society a positive view about being gay or transgender. It offers a legal and psychological support both to adults and young LGBT people and their parents.

IKEN is an NGO aimed at promoting the a culture of social, ethnic, religious and economical differences through educational and socio-cultural actions. In particular, its aims are addressed to carry out an educational, informative and developmental action related to dynamics and problems lived by gay people. IKEN works through a LGT help desk addressed to the following themes: counseling for homophobic and transphobic discriminations, family and friends of LGT people, homophobic bullying, antidiscrimination on the workplaces, information, harm reduction for STD, orientation for migrant people. This helpdesk is present both in Naples and Avellino.

Arcilesbica Napoli Le Maree is an NGO aimed at empowering lesbian women through many political actions such as creating a network with local political institutions and LGBT associations and implementing awareness campaigns. Arcilesbica Napoli Le Maree works through the organization of cinema club, congresses, art exhibitions, publication of informative papers, recreational activities. Furthermore, this NGO has a legal helpdesk.

ATN is an NGO aimed at promoting transgender rights through specific training addressed to local institutions and job placement. ATN follows the transition path of transgender people who live in Naples.
